Who we are
Hi, we are a couple that loves beautiful older homes. We discovered this wonderful city, which has a rich history and fell in love with it. It has beautiful homes that need to be restored. Many homes were built in the 1800's and have lots of character. We view this as a labor of love.
Some background
For many years I have worked on my own homes. It started off small and grew into doing much larger projects. I am just finishing a full gut renovation on my condo. It's something I love. I have decided to leave my day job and do this full time. When finding the City of Wheeling, and buying a wonderful home on Main St. I knew this was a place I could spend years restoring these historic home. I am very excited about it.
Moving forward
We will be buying homes and restoring them. We will be selling most of the homes we restore. We are not realitors but if you are interested in buy one of these gems, please contact us.
